1. We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be accurate.

2. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. CubeNation wouldn’t be responsible for any damage suffered by using the products sold. You, USER, are responsible for all the damage and injuries caused by it. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.

4.CubeNation Takes Full responsibility for your Order. If Shipped via Private couriers, We would try to update you ASAP. In case you never get the product, We would issue you a refund from our shop Credit or Issue you a coupon of the same amount, That you can use to purchase from our Site again. We Won’t Generally Refund you Cash. (Exceptions Apply)

5.  The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of CubeNation.

6. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by CubeNationshop.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

7. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic, and true information. CubeNation reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point in time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, CubeNation has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of CubeNation without prior intimation whatsoever.

8. Payments not received by the due date may be subject to collection charges up to 20%. Due dates are defined as 20 days after successful delivery. Afterward, a 20% charge would be included in the order. Failing to pay after 40 days of delivery may lead to legal charges.

9. Advanced payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed for booking. A special case may be allowed for orders placed within 48 hours, with the decision of CubeNation.

10.  Any political upright can cause delays without notice. In the case of these scenarios, no late delivery issues would be granted.

11. Booking order dates are tentative and can change without any prior notice. In case of such occurrences, Cubenation holds the right to delay/cancel the order, while the customer holds the right to cancel the order.

12. Booking orders for discounts are not cancelable once confirmed.

13. CubeNation does Quality assurance for in-stock products before they are shipped. This doesn’t apply to Booking orders. In case you want us to not check your products before shipping, mention it in the “Order Notes”.
